Niamh MacKinnon, from the Isle of Skye, believes in celebrating life’s little things. And she’s even made a career from it, embracing slow living in her popular online content. Now the digital creator meets other young people in and around Skye to try out the different activities that spark joy for them. From hilltop yoga, making fresh wreaths or writing poems, to wild swimming in stunning pools, mindfulness, living minimally in a campervan or playing shinty – there’s so much to appreciate when you just get out there. Join Niamh and friends as they share what helps them unwind and switch off from the pressures of modern life.
